How to return items ordered online to one of our stores?

Dear customer, we are sorry to hear that you want to return the item(s) you have purchased.

As you know, you can return your item(s), free of charge in person, to one of our participating stores. Please note that only our four larger stock holding stores, respectively Brighton, Eastbourne, Winchester and Chichester can accept your web returns. Our smaller showrooms no longer hold stock and have no ability to process your return. If you are unable to reach, in person, one of our larger 4 stores, then your goods will need to be returned via post (click here for details).

In order to help process your return quicker in-store, we recommend that you print the Web to In-Store Return Form (please click this link) and fill the top section (up to the dotted line).

Then, when you visit one of our stores, one of our colleagues simply needs to check the unused and resalable state of the returned item(s) and provide you with a confirmation slip of your return (the bottom part of the form).

Please note: Due to anti-money laundry compliance, we cannot refund your returned items in-store, your refund will be processed within seven working days to the same payment method used at the checkout on our website. ONLY the four stores displayed below will be able to receive your returns, so please do not feel disappointed if you try to return an item(s) to any of our other showroom stores, thank you in advance for your comprehension.
