Solid Panel Shutters

Perfectly suited for period houses and character cottages, solid panel window shutters offer a beautiful, more traditional style. The solid panel, with no operative louvres, can be opened or closed for a perfect combination of both light and privacy options.

Solid panel window shutters are only available in the hardwood materials from our stunning Fiji and Sumatra ranges in two styles –  Solid Panel with a raised insert and the more commonly seen Shaker Shutter Style.

Our made-to-measure solid panel window shutters come in a wide range of colours and stain options to really compliment the beautiful hardwoods the shutters are crafted from. With a 3 year warranty, you can choose your shutters with full peace of mind.

Closs & Hamblin made to measure bespoke solid panel plantation shutters

Closs & Hamblin solid panel plantation shutters provide your room an elegant new look whilst enjoying total control over privacy and light, with enhanced insulation as an added benefit…Instead of tilting louvres, they are crafted from solid premium hardwood panels, so you can choose to have them fully open to let the light shine in, or close them and block it out completely. If you have a large period property, these are a classic choice as they tend to blend in perfectly with the flow of the room. During the day, you’re able to flood each room with warm light. And at night, you can block out any light from outside, simply by shutting them. There’s the additional benefit of improved insulation, perfect for homes with only single glazing due to the age of the property.
