Georgie is a small scale classic hound's-tooth design, with much defined contrasts. It is a woven blend of linen, viscose and cotton, is suitable for contract upholstery and drapes and is reversible.

Depending on the dimensions, weight and value of your order, it will be dispatched using either Royal Mail First Class (£2.95) or a signed-for courier service (£5.50). We will calculate the correct delivery method for your order and state the delivery method on the ‘Delivery’ page at checkout.

If you wish to return an item you have purchased, either for an exchange or refund, you must inform us within 30 days.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your goods are not faulty & you can't get to a store, you will be required to return them to us at your own cost, unused and in their original, unopened packaging. We can organise a collection for you however a carriage charge of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
If your goods are faulty or damaged when you receive your order, you must inform us within 7 working days. We will be happy to replace faulty items but may require proof of damage, or for the items to be returned to us for verification. When we have agreed that the item is faulty, we will be happy to replace it and refund any carriage costs incurred to replace the item.

Please note special order fabrics and chairs are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
Please note Ready Made Curtains cannot be refunded or returned if they have been altered or the heading tape has been pulled.
We regret that cut length fabrics and PVC cloths will only receive a 50% refund as they have been cut from a roll and as such, can only be resold as a half price remnant. For this reason, we recommend that you order a fabric sample from us before ordering a large amount.
Knitting and sewing patterns are non refundable.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or faulty.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with your legal rights.
Please note that the above terms will not affect your statutory rights.
We offer our customers the facility to return or exchange items purchased online by contacting our WEBTEAM, or in our Closs & Hamblin high street stores (excluding concessions).

Certain items, which are sent directly from supplier, will not contain an invoice or returns note.
