Product specification

- Colour – LEAD SATIN
- Material – mild steel which is a robust material with excellent malleability
- The pole wall thickness – 1.2mm
- Bracket projection – 100mm (from back of the bracket to the centre of the pole diameter)
- Bracket construction – all brackets are built to carry all weights of curtain, and provide a robust fixing to the wall
- Rings are standard (O) or passing (C) dependent on pole length and are always supplied in even numbers
- Finial dimensions – Remember to allow for the finials in your overall pole length ordered
- Parts included in each order by size – see Spec below *
- Finish – all our poles are powder coated, which gives a high-quality finish
- Eyelet headings – these are restricted to a maximum length of 4m as they will not pass over passing brackets

The exact contents of your order will depend on the size selected. Poles are cut to your exact requirements and prices are per 0.5m metre of pole so, for example, if you order a pole 275cm in length, you will be charged for the 300cm size.

HOW TO ORDER

All you need to do is choose your style and colour, select the size just above your required overall length INCLUDING finials, add a note in the basket with the EXACT overall length (including finials) and the product will be cut to this size.

Our new made to measure curtain pole collection is designed and manufactured in Suffolk, UK. The range is made from high quality steel and includes a number of different final styles and finishes from which to choose, and is available in a wide selection of lengths.

If you have a bay window, there is an app that you can download (see above), to help you measure your bay.

The finished product comes with all the necessary fittings and will be shipped directly to you so that the product is ready to fit on delivery.

Orders take between 1 & 5 working days if your item is in stock *EXCLUSIONS BELOW (we do not ship at weekends) – we will update you when your order is shipped.

For WALLPAPER & PAINT – We advise not booking a decorator until you have received your order

RUGS & CHAIRS – These will be shipped from our supplier and may take up to 3 weeks. We will keep you updated on the expected delivery date.

Orders may be dispatched from more than one location, so you may receive your order in more than one parcel & items may arrive separately!

DELIVERY COSTS

UK Mainland – Your order will be shipped by a courier service (DHL/DX/FEDEX) £6.95 or £12.00 for long length. We will calculate the delivery charge at checkout (exclusions apply, see * below)

There is a £12.00 delivery charge for long length items (curtain poles, tracks & blinds) this will appear in the basket
There is a £19.99 delivery charge for JAB Anstoetz, Carlucci & Chivasso Fabric orders of £100 or less as these will be shipped from GermChoose
